Overview

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

Provides Supervision for mobile, roving, and static unarmed community order support services while in

the field performing duties including roving (foot), mobile (vehicle), and static patrols. Working side-by-

side with COS Officers, provides direction to mobile, roving, and static patrols. Role includes providing

first response; recording incidents; and providing specialized unarmed community order support (COS)

services and unarmed protection/safety services. Work responsibilities include performing static,

dismounted (foot), and mounted (vehicle) community order patrols to maintain order, protect personnel

and resources, and respond to calls for service.

Responsibilities

· Provide roving, mobile, and static supervision 50%

· Provide unarmed community officer support services 50%

Material & Equipment Directly Used: · Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. · Handheld Radios · Cell phone

Working Environment: The position is located in Doha, Qatar. This contract is performed in a contingency operations environment, in a harsh climate, and sometimes hazardous situations. While performing the duties of this contract, the employee will regularly be exposed to an extreme and austere desert environment.Temperatures can reach 120 – 130 degrees Fahrenheit/50 – 55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform job requirements in this environment, as well as deploying to Qatar for extended periods. Work schedules are typically six (6) days per week and twelve (12) hours per day. Work is performed in shifts and may include day or night shift.

Physical Activities: Employees may be performing physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, climbing in and out of equipment, crawling, and working outdoors. Employees must be able to lift, carry and/or wear forty (40) pounds of personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time and be capable of running during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk. All staff must maintain physical, medical, and dental requirements for duration of deployment. Must be able to pass a physical fitness test (PFT) that includes: The events shall be conducted in the following order, with a minimum of a five-minute to up to a 30-minute rest between events, as demanded by test-site logistics. 1. First Event: Maximum sit-ups completed to standard in two minutes 2. Second Event: 1-mile timed run. Candidates are required to complete a minimum of 40 sit-ups in two minutes and complete the 1-mile run in under 12 minutes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• Be a U.S. citizen.

• Be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.

• Be able to pass the medical and physical requirements outlined in the contract.

• Meet all standards as required by the contract.

• Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

• Must possess Active Secret Security Clearance

• Must pass pre-deployment requirements including drug test, medical, 52 hours of training, and a

psychological exam.

Education / Certifications:

One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

· High School Diploma

Experience / Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ security or law enforcement/military experience, Including more than 3 years

management experience.

Skills & Technology Used:

· Contractor-provided Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD)

· Microsoft Office

· Handheld Radio

· Cell Phone
