Community and Member Coordinator

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organised, and detail-oriented Community and Member Coordinator. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring that our members have a positive and valuable experience. You will work closely with our members to identify their needs, provide guidance and support, and help them navigate the resources and opportunities available through our professional network.

Community and Member Coordinator duties and responsibilities

– Build strong relationships with our members and proactively identify their needs

– Provide guidance and support to members through email, phone, Zoom and in-person interactions

– Develop and implement programmes and initiatives to enhance member experience

– Manage member feedback and provide insights to the team on areas for improvement

– Help co-host masterclasses online over Zoom

– Work closely with the marketing team to promote and communicate member benefits and events

– Assist in planning and executing events and conferences

– Confidently use social media – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

– Manage member posts on social media

– Moderate the members’ community on Kajabi

– Processing membership applications, renewals, and resignations

– Maintaining and updating membership records

– Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, and preparing reports

– Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and online portals

– Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience

Community and Member Coordinator requirements

– Proven experience in customer support, a customer success role, or PR-related positions, events promotion

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong organisational, time-management and planning abilities
