We’re seeking a talented Community Manager to join our team and manage our Zealy/Crew3 community.<p><br></p>As a <strong>Community Manager for Zealy/Crew3</strong>, you’ll be responsible for engaging with the community, creating compelling quests and sprints, and driving fast growth for the community. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.<p><br></p>πŸ§™ Role<p><br></p>As a Zealy Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies on various platforms. You will create and curate quests and sprints on Zealy/Crew3 for all of our social media channels. You will also collaborate with other team members to align our social media efforts with our business objectives.<p><br></p>🎯 Requirements<p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience leading social marketing or communications for a crypto, bank, fintech, or web3 project with Zealy / Crew3</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, editing skills, and experience presenting and defending plans to senior leaders</li><li>Excellent knowledge of various social media channels, as well as the ability to tailor strategies to reach multiple consumer audiences simultaneously</li><li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment and build systems that enable content management</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a highly dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities; demonstrates flexibility, resilience, and composure under pressure. </li></ul><p><br></p>🌟 Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Build, execute and oversee Bloxleys Zealy/Crew3 social media channel to shape the brand and elevate the incredibly creative community and their stories</li><li>Develop program and campaign plans that align social and content comms with wider team and company goals</li><li>Develop quests to push and drive our social media channels to the edge – fast</li><li>Create enlightening sprints and motivate the community to build best web3 community in the space</li><li>Develop formats for all our social media channels and approaches that allow Bloxley to tell compelling stories about its products’ features and updates via zealy / crew3</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure social media efforts are aligned with business objectives</li><li>Engage with other communities on Zealy and work closely with other community managers from the company’s social media channels to drive engagement and develop cross-community campaigns. </li></ul><p><br></p>πŸ•ΆοΈ Nice to have<p><br></p><ul><li>Low ego, high impact, team player.
