<strong>Community Management Services Lead</strong><p><br></p><strong>Role Purpose</strong><p><br></p>To build and nurture a future-oriented, Internal Security organization that is pioneering, cutting-edge and perfectly embodies the NEOM core value of being ‘An Accelerator of Human Progress’, enhancing NEOM’s standing as the world’s safest and most secure place to live and work.<p><br></p>The lead of Community Management Services will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the NEOM Healthcare Facilities Community including accommodation, events and engagement. The Community lead will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of the facilities visitor, residents and staff.<p><br></p>The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a culturally appropriate attitude that perfectly embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.<p><br></p><strong>Key Activities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Execute and oversee all community services activities in NEOM Healthcare facilities including accommodation , events and engagement.</li><li> Maintain the community general look and common areas</li><li> Handle the logistical overview for the provided services</li><li> Plan, preform and execute events for major events such as Eid Aladha, Eid Alfitr, National Day, Founding day, and Women Day.</li><li> Develop plans to enhance community engagement.</li><li> Oversee all community facilities including but not limited to accommodation, social area.</li><li> Support other departments with their scheduled events in the communities</li><li> supervise all housing units in the community and ensure its readiness prior to arrival of residents.</li><li> Execute the housing assignments and reservations including the permanent residents and short-term visitors</li><li> Plan with associated departments and sectors the demand and supply of the units in the community.</li><li> Manage a proper relation with all customers in the community.</li><li> Manage the existing technological solutions and systems in-operations</li><li> follow the Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li> Ensure the service providers maintain their quality and performance as per their contract and agreed Service Level Agreements</li><li> Conduct analysis of data and utilize that data to monitor trends and prepare reports</li><li> Ensure consistency and uniformity in delivering services</li><li> Ensure full compliance of HSE policy and procedures when work is performed in the camps</li><li> Performs any other related duties as directed.</li><li> Develop monthly or periodically report to share and present to management as requested.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 4 years’ experience.</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li> Experience launching community initiatives</li><li> Good customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li> Good judgment and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> BS degree in business, Operations, management, or any related field</li><li> Master degree is preferred</li></ul>
