Your Responsibilities:
·You will engage client team members, partners, and other constituents. Developing strong andmutually supportive relationships between our clients and with their key partners.
·You will develop an early care and support strategy.
·You will monitor the implementation of an array of early care and support initiatives.
·You will manage relationships with consultants. You will oversee and support the work ofconsultantsandothervendors,providingguidance andhelpingovercomeobstaclesas needed.
·Make sound, evidence-based decisions. You examine issues thoroughly and use research,criticalthinking,andanalytical skillstoinformyourdecision-makingandactions.
·Lead with compassion. You build constructive and respectful relationships with a diverse arrayofteammembersandpartners,effectively drivingthem towardsmutualgoals.
·Promote the effective implementation of Strategy.
- You understand thecomplexities of the client landscape and how to navigate the challenges of strategy planning,execution, and oversight. You are familiar with and support the key objectives and activities oftheclient Strategy.
Requirements
·Post-graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Public Policy, Medicine,Law,orequivalent.
·FluencyinEnglish(writtenandspoken is Mandatory
