<p><strong>GRACE INVESTMENTS </strong>operates activities that fall under five main verticals and covering emerging markets primarily in Africa and the Middle East in addition to China and some markets in South East Asia and Latin America.</p><p>The solid foundation that was developed since 2011 is paving the way for the group’s expansion</p><p>Central purchasing infrastructure for over 15 international automotive brands of vehicles, machinery, spare parts and aftersales consumables with established relationships with more than 40 strategic suppliers (manufacturers, regional dealers and large trading companies)</p><p><strong>Community &amp; CRM Management</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Requirements and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Answering and handling communications and inquiries on all platforms</li><li>Responding to customer queries in a timely manner</li><li>Researching to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors</li><li>Alerting the team of any technical issues or concerns noted on social media</li><li>Remarketing &amp; retention campaign activations (Newsletters, WhatsApp etc.)</li><li>Preparing &amp; broadcasting newsletter email marketing &amp; WhatsApp Campaigns</li><li>Lead management</li><li>Data funnel management</li><li>CRM Software administrator</li><li>Customer touchpoints development (Social &amp; digital)</li><li>Reporting &amp; analytics (Behaviors &amp; Others)</li><li>Workflows Automation</li><li>Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams</li></ul><p><strong>The Specialist must have the following skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in community management</li><li>Expertise in Mailchimp or other 3d party email marketing platforms</li><li>Expertise in the CRM software (HubSpot or other software)</li><li>Ability to help figure out how to better integrate the CRM with other platforms</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
