Terms of Reference

Fluency both in oral and written English and Arabic.
Basic computer skills.
Drafting skills, both in English and Arabic especially in English will be an asset.
Sound interpersonal and communication skills, especially with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Sincere understanding of basic principles of refugee protection and UNHCR’s mandate.
High motivation and commitment towards asylum applicants, flexibility and the ability to cope with pressure and high workloads.
