<p><strong>Summary:</strong> The role involves overseeing and implementing all operations within the Mollak system while ensuring its continuous update. This includes managing transactions, updating records, processing invoices, coordinating NOC procedures, troubleshooting system issues, managing ERES, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Invoicing of properties as per KAIZEN Process through Mollak. </li><li>Update owner’s information in Mollak when required. </li><li>Register properties in the Mollak system. </li><li>Manage communication with Noqoodi to resolve technical issues. </li><li>Support Integration between Mollak and Socienta.</li><li>Execute the NOC process and approvals.</li><li>Add/ Remove the owner’s committee in Mollak system.</li><li>Update the system with employee lists, projects, improvements, events, etc as required.</li><li>Manage communication, and complaints between RERA, ERES, and KAIZEN. </li><li>To provide internal Mollak system training for Kaizeners.</li><li>Other tasks related to the functioning of Mollak system, RERA requests related to Mollak system.</li><li>Collection of cheques and cash for service charges collection at the head office.</li><li>Monitor PDC cheques at our head office.</li><li>Submission of cash and cheques to driver for bank deposits. Opening a new escrow bank account for the new OA projects and activating it in Mollak system.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Qualification:</strong></p><ul><li>Good Communication Skills.</li><li>Experience in the Mollak System and Owner Association field for a minimum of 2 years.</li></ul>
