<p><u>Purpose Statement:</u></p><p><br></p><p>Lead, coordinate and facilitate strategic communication activities for Gulf Levant affiliate in coordination with Communications Director and GM. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Effectively manage and execute all marketing and sales related brand activities as per Brand Plan, such as development and implementation of commercial Brand strategy and tactical Brand activities execution and deliver sales performance in order to maximize or exceed brand sales and margin within budget.</li><li>Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments</li><li>Work closely with Culture ambassador, WLA ambassador &amp; EED&amp;I ambassador to capture post-worthy opportunities and draft the tag messages around their activities</li><li>Arrange and coordinate press conferences, and plan events</li><li>Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy</li><li>Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies</li><li>Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns</li><li>Create editorial calendars focused on the strategic products and new launches</li><li>Drafting the townhall key notes for GM and AMT</li><li>Prepare and arrange for engagement topics</li><li>Keep an updated version of Gulf Levant Geopolitical and Macroeconomic updates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>University degree</li><li>Relevant experience with proven track record of success in communications position </li><li>Understanding of the organizational processes and procedures within global company</li><li>Operates and leads effectively in a matrix structure </li><li>Business acumen and knowledge of strategic and creative planning</li><li>Understanding of the impact of global events on the organisation’s plans and organisation’s mission, strategies, strengths and weaknesses</li><li>Good computer skills</li><li>Content writing experience</li><li>Focus on insight gathering, analysis and communication skills </li><li>Both Arabic and English language proficiency verbally and in writing </li><li>Willingness to future development and relocation</li></ul><p></p>
