<p><strong>Job Title: Communications Executive</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a talented and driven Communications Executive to join our team and support our Communication Manager in developing and implementing effective communications and events strategies for our esteemed clients. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As a Communications Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Communication Manager and assisting with various communication initiatives. </p><p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Writing: Prepare compelling press materials, newsletters, brochures, web copy, and other written content.</li><li>Event Management: Assist in arranging interviews and organizing press events to create impactful communication experiences.</li><li>Media Exposure and Networking: Engage with clients, suppliers, and partner organizations to build strong relationships and expand media connections.</li><li>Creative Storytelling: Develop concise and engaging stories and creative ideas for press outreach campaigns.</li><li>Media Relations: Update media lists, pitch stories, and monitor media coverage to generate visibility opportunities.</li><li>Research: Compile and summarize relevant information to support communication projects.</li><li>Project and Event Management: Contribute to the successful planning and execution of projects and events.</li><li>Client Relations: Attend client meetings, actively participate in brainstorming sessions, compile monthly client status reports, and maintain project timelines.</li><li>Administrative Support: Answer phones, attend staff meetings, provide office support, and participate in professional social networking and team-building exercises.</li><li>Autonomy in Client Calls: Demonstrate the ability to handle client calls independently and provide exceptional service.</li><li>Pitching Skills: Effectively communicate and present ideas and proposals to clients.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your success as a Communications Executive will be assessed based on the following benchmarks:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Timely and High-Quality Results: Consistently deliver accurate and high-quality work within assigned tasks.</li><li>Innovation and Creativity: Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to assigned account projects.</li><li>Deadline Adherence: Meet project deadlines and maintain established standards of work.</li><li>Active Engagement in Meetings: Prepare thoroughly for meetings, and actively contribute ideas, information, and recommendations.</li><li>C ontinuous Improvement: Learn from mistakes and demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3 years minimum in Dubai </li><li>3 years in Public relations</li><li>PR agency experience</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Join our team and embark on a rewarding career in communications, where your skills and contributions will make a significant impact. </p><p>We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and creativity.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>**To apply, please submit your resume along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for the Communications Executive position.
