Talents UAE offers a wide range of services, including operational running of sites, recruitment, training & mentorship, exhibition development, development of educational programming and strategic planning.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Clients include: Dubai Culture; Etihad Museum; Louvre Abu Dhabi; Qasr Al Watan; Expo 2020 UK Pavilion; Expo 2020 UAE Pavilion; Terra Pavilion @Expo 2020; Expo City Dubai.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Brief Description: </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><span>Reporting directly to the Projects Director and Country Manager you will work with our current client Dubai Culture to increase their museum footfall and Talents UAE Business Development team to increase the number of clients we have to enable our vision and objectives to grow the business.</span></p><p><span>As a highly motivated, self-starting proactive leader, y</span><span>ou will have a proven track record in developing and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, ideally within the cultural/heritage sector. You will be responsible for building awareness and engagement with our programmes, services and products. As lead brand guardian, you will be strongly invested in the need to meet and exceed client and audience expectations of quality. With this in mind, you will fully understand the role of design and content in delivering premium brand marketing outputs.</span></p><p><span>You will have experience in managing and motivating small teams, and possess outstanding communication skills, able to </span><span>assess individuals and groups, and adapt strategies whilst managing </span><span>multiple projects with varying deadlines.</span></p><p><span>You will act as a marketing advocate on our clientsβ projects, working to implement, deliver and measure marketing activity in the Museum, Heritage and Cultural sector. Where appropriate you will lead on liaison and alignment of B2B and B2C marketing activity.</span></p><p><span>As a key liaison for our clients, you will prepare proposals, conduct site visits, maintain client relationships and represent both Talents UAE and our clientβs brand to drive awareness and sales of this newly developed museum and Talents UAE as a company.. </span></p><p><span>To be a successful Marketing Manager within our team, you will have an innovative mindset that enables you to create unique ideas for marketing campaigns and brand recognition. including, seasonal events, exhibitions, and anniversaries.</span></p><p><span>β Planning the integration of the Talents UAE website onto the parent website and then managing the UAE updates.</span></p><p><span>β Planning a Talents UAE Social Media Strategy.</span></p><p><span>β Where appropriate, develop and manage visitor and income marketing campaigns, incorporating all elements of the marketing mix (advertising, print, email, social media etc) and to work closely with our clients on the delivery of coordinated marketing approaches. </span></p><p><span>β Acting as a brand guardian, liaising with the team to maintain quality control for visual identity, brand messaging and essence across all visitor touchpoints.</span></p><p><span>β Allocating and managing budgets for specific projects within agreed resources.</span></p><p><span>β Motivate and inspire a small team and support them in the implementation and delivery of marketing strategies so they meet and exceed their targets.</span></p><p><span>β </span><span>To build positive relationships with relevant stakeholders across projects and work in a flexible way providing assistance with events and functions where relevant β occasional weekend and evening work may be required.</span></p><p><span>β To work closely with Design teams (internal and external) to ensure that all digital marketing campaign activity (email marketing, online advertising, social media, content development, etc) supports the brand messaging look and feel.</span></p><p><span>β Monitor and evaluate online and offline visitors and visitor segments for our projects,, reporting and identifying trends.</span></p><p><span>β Representing Talents UAE at external fairs, events and conventions and evening and weekend events as required.</span></p><p><span>β Continuously researching industries/clients, for example tour operators, to inform planning and to ensure that marketing campaigns reach the core target audiences in an efficient and effective way. </span></p><p><span>β To develop links with local communities, cultural and heritage markets and businesses to ensure the museum is represented in local marketing groups.</span></p><p><span>β Day to day management of appointed marketing agencies (such as media buying, advertising and creative agencies) to deliver marketing and communication strategies.</span></p><p><span>β Undertaking regular competitor analysis to ensure the organisation understands its position within the marketplace and to ensure our marketing campaigns are effective.</span></p><p><span>β The post holder is expected to undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the post as requested by appropriate managers within the department.</span></p><p><span>β Working with internal stakeholders to develop and edit relevant content for offline and online channels.</span></p><p><span>β Representing the marketing function internally within Talents UAE and our client organisations and ensuring that staff are aware of marketing campaigns, activities and achievements to foster a culture of openness and sharing of success.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential </strong></p><p><span>β 3 or more years marketing experience in the tourism sector and/or UAE Government sector.</span></p><p><span>β Proven track record of delivering results against targets, preferably in a cultural, heritage or entertainment environment. </span></p><p><span>β Marketing or similar professional qualification.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>β Be experienced, up to date and knowledgeable on the following social media platforms;
