We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Communication Specialist to contribute to the success of a well-known organization in the entertainment providers industry by crafting engaging narratives and promoting meaningful relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.<p><br></p><strong>Background</strong><p><br></p><strong>Role:</strong> Communication Specialist<p><br></p><strong>Location: </strong>Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<p><br></p><strong>Job Context: </strong> Working as a Communication Specialist involves developing and implementing effective communication strategies to facilitate impactful interactions internally and externally, fostering positive relationships, and promoting the organization’s goals by ensuring the conveyance of adequate and clear information to achieve an outstanding level of performance and client satisfaction.<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Duties And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>The role entails:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Coordinating with other departments to ensure the message consistency.</li><li> Managing client and creator communication through different channels.</li><li> Facilitating communication between companies and providing prompt responses.</li><li> Seeking new clients and identifying opportunities to increase job prospects.</li><li> Connecting potential clients with the business development team to finalize campaigns and contracts.</li><li> Providing user-friendly communication platforms for external clients.</li><li> Ensuring the easy and smooth access to the organization’s services.</li><li> Keeping an eye on the industry trends and consider all the potential opportunities.</li><li> Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Education, Knowledge, And Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>The role requires: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> BS/MS degree in public relations or any relevant field.</li><li> Previous working experience as a communication specialist for at least two years.</li><li> Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li> Professional level of English (written and spoken).</li></ul>
