<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong> Functional Accountabilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Assist in the food preparation process </li><li> Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits </li><li> Help with deliveries and restocking of ingredients </li><li> To ensure that the working area is clean at all the time </li><li> Take any note on new recipes, new procedures, keep the learning process going at all times to improve the professional knowledge </li><li> Perform any general duties as defined by the supervisor and help in any other department or section in the kitchen </li><li> Attend any training sessions and always strives to keep abreast of any procedures and general works on upgrading the general knowledge with the help of the supervisor </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Qualifications and experience :</strong><p><br></p><strong> Essential: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> A total of 2-4 years Culinary experience </li><li> 1 year minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment </li><li> Basic Food hygiene and HACCP Overview trained </li><li> Experience working in a multi-cultural environment </li><li> Organized and well planned </li><li> Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Desirable: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> High school Diploma or equivalent </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>About Us</strong><p><br></p>DAMAC Properties has been shaping the Middle East’s luxury real estate market since 2002, delivering iconic residential, commercial, and leisure properties across the region and beyond.<p><br></p>DAMAC adds vibrancy to the cities in which its projects are located, with a huge and diverse portfolio that includes two world-class master-planned golf developments.
