Job Description

As a Commis Chef specializing in Pastry/Bakery at Park Hyatt, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, dedicated to delivering exceptional pastry and bakery creations. Working under the guidance of the Pastry Chef, you will assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality desserts, pastries, bread, and other baked goods in line with the hotel’s standards of excellence.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef specializing in Pastry/Bakery is required
  • Internships or practical training in pastry and bakery are advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining quality standards and adhering to recipes.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the luxury hotel industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
