The Club’s membership is a growing community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.<p><br></p>A lifestyle for our members.<p><br></p>The Club provides its members with a home away from home: a sanctuary for those seeking comfort, hospitality and elegance, with a level of quality, service and attention to detail that will leave them wanting for nothing.<p><br></p><strong><u>What Will You Do</u></strong><p><br></p>Your main duties and responsibilities are:<p><br></p><ul><li> Prepare and cook dishes delegated as your responsibility by the Chef in charge</li><li> Take tasks and requests from the Chef in charge and carry them out in correct manner</li><li> Ensure that specification of portion size and quantity of particular dish has been followed, as set out in the recipe index</li><li> Complete the daily check list received by the Chef in charge regarding mise-en-place and food storage</li><li> Report any failure of kitchen equipment, and follow up to ensure the necessary maintenance work has been carried out</li><li> Keep section clean and tidy at all times, and make sure all items are labelled with dates</li><li> Help to prevent waste of food and over-production to mise-en-place, and keep food order from store or supplies to a minimum</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What We Are Looking For</u></strong><p><br></p>The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:<p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 1 year experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant</li><li> Good level of English</li><li> Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility</li><li> Excellent communication and listening skills</li><li> Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>The Benefits</u></strong><p><br></p>The Arts Club Dubai is offering a competitive and attractive remuneration and benefits package.
