• Assist the Commis I and other senior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent preparation of dishes.
• Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely food production.
• Continuously learn and improve culinary skills under the guidance of more experienced chefs
