Job Description

Commi Chefs Needed (cold & hot line) at Ka’ak Al Manara Lebanese Bakery & Eatery open in Dubai, Media City. Candidates must meet the following criteria to be interviewed:

We are looking for a good cook/commi in kitchen (hot and cold mezza), with good experience in Dubai.

Must know how to make hummus, tabbouleh, Fatoush, Loubieh Bel Zeit

Have a good experience with cut, mix, marination of meat & chicken & kababs

Must have 1 – 3 + years experience in Arabic restaurant

Must have a good knowledge in food hygiene

Must know English language in writing and reading

Salary 2500-3000 AED all in all
