<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare market valuation reports in Arabic and English</li><li>Prepare valuation model</li><li>Review and Analyze property documentation including title deeds, rent contracts</li><li>Detailed market research (desktop and field research)</li><li>Inspect the property and take photos along with finding comparables.</li><li>Confirm discussions with market participants</li><li>Negotiating Real Estate Valuation instructions with prospective clients</li><li>Presenting the findings to clients</li><li>Other duties may be assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Example: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent English level</li><li>Ability to handle projects</li><li>Good financial knowledge</li><li>Good understanding of financial real estate terms</li><li>Have a good understanding of all valuation approaches</li><li>Good MS Excel Skills</li></ul>
