Today, we are recruiting for the Commercial Project Manager position to Join our Project Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for commercial and finance Professionals whom looking to join a truly international team. What are my responsibilities? Form a team with the Project Manager Ensure – jointly with the Project Manager – that financial results are managed according to set targets and with due professional care. Optimization of the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments where possible. Support stakeholders to execute contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager. Manage the sales invoice issuance and collection. Maintain accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems (e.g. SAP). Commercial project execution tasks such as: project controlling and reporting / assignment of project accounts for cost bookings / coordinates issuances of small purchase orders & accounts payable monitoring / perform budgeting & forecasting process jointly with HQ team / updating the project actuals vs. budget/forecast report Represents -jointly with the Project Manager- the project in the relevant decision boards locally to support HQ team. Foreign currency management Joins commercial project team community and acts according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity. Provide assistance & coordination to the HQ team (e.g. delegation process for expats, local tax topics, local import / export / transport) What do I need to qualify for this job? Degree in BA, Finance, or relevant qualification from reputable university. Commercial project management experience (minimum of 3 years) is a must; international experience / experience working in multicultural teams is a plus. Experience with calculation methods, finance models, forecasting, project controlling (including customs, logistics, and export control), contract and claim management. Comfort to implement accounting principles (IFRS), tax, insurances, NCM, FX strategies as required on the project. Teamwork, collaboration, and good interpersonal skills; negotiation skills are a plus. Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic Ability to work under pressure and in an environment with tight deadlines Must have excellent time management skills Must be willing to work in a multicultural team with strong German influence Willingness to travel to Germany is a plus What else do I need to know?
