<p>Commercial Manager – BEAUTY</p><p><br></p><p>Responsible for managing a portfolio of brands extensively, including hitting annual sales targets, Business Development, pricing strategies, managing stock, nurturing and growing existing accounts, developing and implementation the brand strategies and the initiatives that will drive sales and excel the brands positioning in the GCC Market .</p><p><br></p><p>1. Sales and Brand development</p><p><br></p><p>- Recommend yearly brand planning</p><p>- Identify opportunities and recommend relevant brand activation</p><p>- Plan & lead meetings (Business reviews and agencies meetings)</p><p>- Provide support in consumer research process (briefing, follow up & result analysis)</p><p><br></p><p>2. Brand Plan Execution</p><p><br></p><p>- Recommend and implement consumer promotions</p><p>- Implement the agreed plans in line with budgets & work closely with all stakeholders across the business to ensure execution excellence</p><p>- Participate in new launches and innovation projects</p><p><br></p><p>3. Monitoring and Tracking</p><p><br></p><p>- Monitor market evolution and competition activities</p><p>- Track the progress and analyze performance of the Brands by providing regular reports</p><p>- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing investments, brands & competition past performance, and recommend actions</p><p>- Ensure Marketing budget tracking & provide regular updates</p><p><br></p><p>- Beauty Industry Knowledge</p><p>- Holder of a bachelorβs degree</p><p>- Sales/Administration/Marketing or related experience</p><p>- Min 3 years of sales experience</p><p>- Strong analytical skills</p><p>- Delivery on projects on timelines</p><p>- Response time & reliability</p><p>- Excellent communication and presentation skills</p><p>- Initiative & follow through</p><p>- Entrepreneurial spirit</p><p>- Eagerness to Learn</p><p>- Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills</p><p>- Excellent English Language Skills (verbal and written)</p>
