Salary Bracket: 14,000-16,000 Dhs Depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our fit-out projects, including budgeting, cost control, contract management, and procurement. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for each fit-out project, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to manage the budget and ensure that costs are controlled throughout the project life-cycle.
• Monitor project financial performance and prepare reports to track progress against budget and forecast.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team on commercial matters, including risk management and contract administration.
• Conducting feasibility studies, advising on procurement strategies and contract selection, writing and undertaking procurement reports. Applying the value management techniques at the outset of a project. 
• Managing, estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan. 
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including contract terms and conditions, insurance, and health and safety
• Handling of contractual frameworks and standard form of contract. 
• Identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates, products and hence improve the services provided to the clients. 

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Ideally professionally qualified in fit-out or one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying, architecture.
