Commercial Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for the overall direction of acquiring profitable engineering and construction business. With primary focus on projects for civil infrastructure, electromechanical construction and plant maintenance works. Handles and manages the commercial and contracts negotiation as well as the tender planning and estimating departments. 

Skills

1. Must be a graduate of any Engineering / Business courses, preferably an engineer.
2. Must have 10 to 15 years of related work experience in commercial and sales management activities.
3. Must have the ability to sell products and services, preferrable in the construction service industry
4. Must possess excellent negotiation skills.
5. Must have excellent both verbal and written communication skills.
6. Must have effective interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy.
7. Must be able to work in a time pressured environment.
8. Must have knowledge in different stages of construction processes.
9. Must be able to maintain confidentiality on work related information and material.

Must be computer Literate and excellent presentation skills.
