Raqtan Field Service Technicians are self-performing and are primarily responsible for the diagnose of equipment failures and, as necessary, the ordering and installation of replacement parts. In addition, Field Service Technicians may be responsible for the execution of planned maintenance programs and the installation of new equipment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Uses troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to install, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and/or HVAC equipment.</li><li>Installs and commissions new equipment sold by Raqtan Group.</li><li>Partners with our customers to provide service solutions for their gas, electric, and any other type of commercial cooking equipment.</li><li>Consults with the parts department to get parts ordered, and the service department to get follow up calls scheduled.</li><li>Makes proper, transparent quotations and recommendations to increase service efficiency</li><li>Completes and turns in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site</li><li>Provides superior customer service by meeting customer expectations on every service call</li><li>Trains other team members and customers on equipment handling.</li><li>Works flexible hours as required as well as on-call nights and weekends when assigned.</li><li>Practices and adheres to all safety and training</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in repair/installation of Commercial Kitchen equipment</li><li>Electric, mechanical, or <strong>Refrigeration </strong>technical diploma.</li><li>Valid driving license and the ability to drive multiple hours daily.</li><li><strong>Candidates must be currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with transferable IQAMA</strong></li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material</li><li>Good English written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p><ul><li>Monthly performance bonus </li><li>A compensation package that is above the market </li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and motivation</li><li>Group medical insurance plan</li><li>Individual receives 30 <strong>days </strong>of paid leave every year</li><li>A round-trip ticket is provided by the Company every year</li></ul>
