If you are excited about working with us and think you can get the job done but not quite sure if you meet all the requirements 100%, we want to encourage you to give it a try OR have an informal chat with one of our Talent Acquisition representatives.   <br><br></p><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Our opportunity for you:<br><br></strong></p><p> <br><br></p><p>Vistra Middle East is currently recruiting for a Commercial Director, Funds &amp; Private Equity who will be responsible for the promotion, awareness and sale of company services in the assigned region through both direct sales and partnering opportunities.<br><br></p><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong></p><ul> <li>Set up and conduct exploratory meetings with potential clients to gain insights on their investment plans and provide detailed insights on how the company can meet the customer’s needs. Identify and overcome concerns and objections. Build and manage client relationships on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>Drive the firm’s overall growth plans in the region by working closely with senior management to identify new industry verticals and business development opportunities. Attend events, conferences and round-tables to continue building and growing the company brand.</li> <li>Build a well-balanced pipeline of opportunities.</li> <li>Close opportunities in region generated by Marketing, Partner Relations, and Direct Sales lead generation efforts.</li> <li>Generate proposals and provide related pricing materials for potential clients. Follow up on inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.</li> <li>Lead, manage and close the full sales cycle.</li> <li>Relay the value proposition of firm’s unique solutions and support services to new and existing clients.</li> <li>Determine scope of initial engagement and work closely with firm’s Services team to ensure delivery of accurate and timely proposal(s).</li> <li>Ensure customer engagements are successful via due diligence in the post-sales process.</li> <li>Accurately forecast on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by account.</li> <li>Focus on long-term revenue growth in the region.</li> <li>Assist with event hosting and other company and/or customer events.</li> <li>Provide ongoing input to management regarding customer needs, incentives and go-to-market traction.</li> <li>Develop strategic reference accounts.</li> <li>Travel as required to partner locations within the region.</li> <li>Gain proficiency in firm’s internal processes and procedures.</li> <li>Engage in other miscellaneous initiatives as they arise (a must with our fast-growing firm).</li> </ul><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Attributes/ Technical Skills:<br><br></strong></p><ul> <li>International experience preferred.</li> <li>Strong understanding of accounting and/or international finance fundamentals.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial self-starter interested in dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills.</li> <li>Great personality and personal integrity.</li> <li>MS Office skills, experience with Salesforce.com a plus.</li> </ul><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Relevant Experience:<br><br></strong></p><ul> <li>Strong understanding of the Middle East corporate and private equity network, and GCC Sovereign Wealth Funds</li> <li>10+ years’ experience working as a business development or sales professional in a rapidly growing company.</li> <li>Should have a network of pre-existing relationships directly with PE firms as well as the broader ecosystem including intermediaries and consultants.</li> <li>Experience building and managing key partner relationships.</li> <li>Experience in working in consulting environment with a range of company sizes.</li> <li>Proven overachiever with a track record of individual sales success.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.</li> </ul><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Education and Professional Qualification:<br><br></strong></p><ul> <li>College degree required BA or BS in a business discipline preferred.</li> </ul><p> <br><br></p><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Join US!<br><br></strong></p><p> <br><br></p><p>Our promise to our clients is simple: we help them seize opportunity and make a difference in the world.
