Job Description

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is searching for a Commercial Director to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the business development and commercial activities of JASARA’s Social Infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate has experience in the civil engineering industry and is passionate about bringing positive change to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to support the company’s growth and market penetration goals.
• Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts.
• Oversee the development of proposals, including budgeting and pricing strategies, in coordination with technical teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and subcontractors.
• Manage the commercial team and ensure that deliverables are achieved to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
• Provide commercial advice, risk analysis, and contract management support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
