<p>Smartlytics consultancy is looking for a commercial coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team and be part of the commercial team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Organise business review meetings with clients. </li><li>Manage commercial relations with clients.</li><li>Send proposals and contracts to clients. </li><li>Issue Invoices. </li><li>Manage overdue AR and AP with the finance team</li><li>Chase overdue payments</li><li>Support the commercial and technical teams with meeting scheduling, presentations and client relationship management. </li><li>Prepare weekly management presentations. </li><li>Communicate with</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent English skills both written and spoken.</li><li>Experience working with international teams.</li><li>Experience sending proposal and contracts.</li><li>Experience organising client meetings.</li><li>Experience working with Invoices, PO’s and contracts.</li><li>Experience issuing invoices and working with accounting software.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills. </li><li>Project Management experience is a plus.</li><li>Any experience working in IT/Software/Consultancy business is a plus.</li></ul>
