COMMAND CENTRE ANALYST

Job Description

Summary

Provides consistent and meaningful data reports to improve decision-making. Participates in overseeing and monitoring the operations of Command Center section by analyzing patient flow data. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Develops data reports, and provides information for the Capacity Command Centre use. 
2. Supports data analysis and interpretation of information provided within the data warehouse and related data marts.
3. Assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom dashboards as needed.
4. Participates in enhances capacity management by providing monitoring tools to facilitate patient flow throughout the Hospital to maintain efficiency.
5. Assists in monitoring prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment. Contributes in defining analytics strategy and templates.
6. Maintains data availability and accessibility across data systems and works to improve accuracy and availability as needed.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Management Information Systems, or related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Three (3) year of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
