<p>Hi, we have an opening for Collections Executive. Since its inception in 1999, IGB has focussed on customer satisfaction delivering complete workflows enabled through exemplary service &amp; support.</p><p><br></p><p> Responsibilities Invoice Upload in Etimad PO Status Check in Etimad Online Invoice Upload for private sectors Invoice qualification whichever moved to Finance by Other Dept. Invoice check in Etimad &amp; update right Expected date Cross check with IGB system Raised invoice &amp; MRR / PO , Trigger alert if any mismatch found or rejection happened. Account Coverage for all assigned customers minimum once in amonth &amp; follow up through mail / over phone call/Visit Coordinate with PRO’s for customer visit. Receipt Entry updation in Accounting -Daily basis Reconciliation of Ledgers &amp; Receipts – Monthly basis Monthly Analysis for any receivables moved 90&gt; Plan for 120&gt; receivables to reduce to minimum level. Interfacing with cross funtional interfaces – has to be a problem solver Cash Flow forecasting &amp; meeting collection target as forecasted.
