The primary goal will be to facilitate the resolution of bad debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>Account Managements</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Review and analyze delinquent accounts to determine the most appropriate collection strategies.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Contact customers via phone, email, or written correspondence to discuss bad debts.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Conduct through investigations to understand customers financial situations and their ability to repay.</span></p><p><strong>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>Negotiations and Payment arrangement:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Communicate effectively with customers to discuss payment options and negotiate suitable arrangements.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Educate customers about their bad debts, terms of repayment and potential consequences of non-payment.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Set up repayment plans and monitor adherence to agree upon terms.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>Compliance and Legal Awareness:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the collection process.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Stay informed about changes in collections laws and regulations to ensure ethical and legal practices.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Proven experience in collections, debt recovery or a similar role.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Strong negotiation and communication skills, writing skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Excellent in B2B </span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Extensive experience into Client handling, Client escalations, mailing skills should be very good.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Candidate must be comfortable for the target-oriented job.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Must be able to handle the pressure.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ability to work independently and as a part of team in a fast-paced environment. </span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Knowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Proficient in using collection software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience </strong></p><p>. 2-5 Years in Collection role</p><p>.
