You are the core of the hotel strategy. As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will maximize the hotel turn over by setting proactive selling strategies and action plans to achieve the hotel's revenue and maintain business mix.

What you will be doing:
– Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
– Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
– Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
– Overlook the booking of room reservation requests, entering rooming lists, and updating accurate information in the system
