Cluster Director of Engineering

As our Cluster Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for planning, directing, controlling and coordinating the activities of the Engineering department

What you will be doing:

– Direct and control all subordinate engineering staff to ensure that all day to day operation matters are handled on time and that guest expectations are met.
– Maintain facilities and equipment by conducting routine inspections and determining appropriate rectification measures.
– Maintain systems to be able to handle day to day guest requests quickly and efficiently.
– Plan and schedule appropriate on-going preventative maintenance programs.
– To be aware of all fire, health, safety, emergency and security procedures in the hotel.
– To adhere to the Department and Hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
