Visit us at www.nestle.com.<br><br><strong>POSITION SNAPSHOT<br><br></strong>Company: Nestlé MENA<br><br>Location: Casablanca, Morocco<br><br><strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>Nestlé MENA is currently looking for a Cluster advertising, promotions, and activations Lead. In this role you will be leading on all Nestle brands sampling and activations, POSM production and deployment, promotions planning &amp; co-packing and supporting in shopper and consumers immersions to generate insights. You will also play a leading role in defining a systematic approach in the cluster and building the capabilities of the A&amp;P team to ensure consistency and excellence in procuring 3rd party services ensuring control &amp; compliance in the selection of sampling agencies, negotiation &amp; signature of contracts whilst defining competitive rate cards for POS, co-packing and finally best in class execution of activations plans within the brands’ guidelines.<br><br><strong> A DAY IN THE LIFE …<br></strong><ul><li>Lead on all cluster A&amp;P, planning, execution and reporting of all local promotions, sampling, POSM &amp; brand activation. </li><li>Lead and manage the sourcing of new production, sampling/activations, and co-packing agencies. Responsible for negotiating and signing Contracts, while ensuring full compliance with the responsible Sourcing Audit.</li><li>Supervise, Audit, and evaluate the service performed by the different supplies/agencies and address area of improvement</li><li>Accountable and Responsible for effective planning and execution of sampling &amp; Brand activities as per the categories’ guidelines and set budget</li><li>Contribute to CIMI and GD community efforts with consumer/ shopper immersions and insights.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Make You Successful…<br></strong><ul><li>5 years of managerial experience in A&amp;P, events &amp; field activations</li><li>Strong stakeholder and people leadership competencies</li><li>Strong negotiation skills in dealing with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Sound planning skills and strong sense of quality and compliance mindset.</li><li>Solid track record in project / budget management and excellence in driving deployment and E2E execution</li><li>Ability to train and develop individuals and teams.<br></li></ul>We offer a dynamic, inclusive, and international working environment with many opportunities across different companies, functions, and regions.
