You will be able to work on multiple projects to gain significant experience.</p><p>This role will support mid-large scale ServiceNow projects across Saudi and Bahrain.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Job Overview:</u></em></strong></p><p>Unikomm is looking to hire a Cloud & Systems Infrastructure Consultant who will play a critical role in our projects by designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports internal and external technology needs. They work closely with other team members to ensure that our infrastructure and systems meet the requirements and are reliable, secure, and scalable.</p><p><br></p><p>Note: This is a local role and the Ideal candidate will be relocated to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Responsibilities:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Designs, tests, implements and deploys systems and cloud solutions based on architecture requirements.</li><li>Ensure that all systems follow internally defined security and compliance standards and controls</li><li>Design and plan enterprise-scale cloud environments including application dependencies, data storage and flow, network connectivity and overall cloud hosting</li><li>Develop and maintain up-to-date architectural templates, build and operational documentation of the technical environment</li><li>Continuously enhance the capability, security and experience of the systems</li><li>Day-to-day systems review and support may include, but are not limited to generic/customised compute, storage, network and security solutions. For instance, generic DR solution, VM OS hardening, file server data file cycle, Identity Access Management (IAM) solution, etc.</li><li>Collaborates with other Team members to improve and optimize Cloud Infrastructure systems in a non-functional perspective: scalability, reliability, performance, capacity, availability and disaster recovery</li><li>Lead periodic systems and DB upgrade projects</li></ul><p>Troubleshoot and resolve any infrastructure or cloud-related issues or escalations</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Requirements:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience and a history of progression in IT, Support, IT engineering, or a related field</li><li>Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems, networking, and security protocols</li><li>Must have Red hat Linux and DB (MariaDB, MySQL) experience</li><li>Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, LDAP</li><li>Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies</li><li>Troubleshooting difficult cloud infrastructure problems without SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)</li><li>Willingness to go above and beyond what is listed in this description; as the company grows, so will the role.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Benefits:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Excellent Salary</li><li>Annual Bonus</li><li>22 Working days of paid leave</li><li>3,000 USD Annual Training Budget</li><li>Medical Insurance for self and dependence.</li><li>A travel opportunity to work in Riyadh, KSA</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If your experience matches the requirements above, we would love to hear from you!</p>
