The role will balances sales support, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>β’ <span>Developing, managing and be one point of contact for existing partner eco system</span></p><p>β’ <span>Monitoring and executing programs to manage channel health</span></p><p>β’ <span>Setting up, managing and developing sales networks / business partners and establishing them as Profit Centre through utilization of effective business improvement tools</span></p><p>β’ <span>Managing channel training and retraining programs on products, soft and selling skills</span></p><p>β’ <span>Provide feedback to marketing to help programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.</span></p><p>β’ <span>Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. </span></p><p>β’ <span>Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. </span></p><p>β’ <span>Close deals and supervise deployments until invoicing and collection is completed. </span></p><p>β’ <span>In charge of preparing and delivering customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals, and other business endeavours.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><u>Behavioural Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>β’ <span>Excellent written, oral, e-mail, telephone and presentation skills.</span></p><p>β’ <span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</span></p><p>β’ <span>Demonstrated Leadership abilities </span></p><p>β’ <span>Outstanding customer service skills </span></p><p>β’ <span>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</span></p><p>β’ <span>Target Oriented.</span></p><p>β’ <span>Self-motivated, detail-oriented and multitasking.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><u>Technical Knowledge Expectations:</u></strong></p><p>β’ <span>Adequate knowledge of Managed Hosted Services,</span></p><p>β’ <span>Network Security, data Centre and Remote IT Infrastructure</span></p><p>β’ <span>Management and related terms and technologies</span></p><p>β’ <span>Create business opportunities for Cloud Host in all domains of</span></p><p>β’ <span>Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom and IT, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Science and brick & mortar sectors</span></p><p>β’ <span>Familiarity with the software services or IT markets and trends</span></p><p>β’ <span>Expertise in Microsoft Office </span></p><p><br></p>
