You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their goals, deliverables, and timelines. </p><p><br></p><p>Your role will involve executing projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>How your day will look like:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.</li><li>Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations to deliver successful projects.</li><li>Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, timelines, and any potential issues.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital marketing, content, etc.) to develop and deliver project materials.</li><li>Monitor project progress, track milestones, and take proactive measures to address any delays or challenges.</li><li>Ensure all project materials meet client specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and ensure the smooth execution of projects.</li><li>Monitor team performance and provide guidance, feedback, and support as needed.</li><li>Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, discuss project updates, and address any issues.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and enhance their experience.</li><li>Resolve any client concerns, issues, or escalations in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Regularly seek client feedback and incorporate it to improve service delivery.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Check if you qualify:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency or digital marketing firm.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>PMP certification is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
