We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Client Servicing Account Manager to revolutionize the way our clients connect with their audiences and achieve unprecedented growth in the field of Ecommerce and Shopper Marketing.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we need:</strong></p><ul><li>Mandatory<em> – 4-5 years of experience working in a global advertising agency in a client management/servicing role dealing with clients and creative teams</em></li><li><em>Mandatory – 4-5 years of experience managing a team and writing strategic creative briefs</em></li><li><em>Mandatory – Candidate must have experience in meeting monthly targets, organic business growth and generating revenue</em></li><li>Practical knowledge of how Microsoft Office works especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>As a Client Servicing Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, driving extraordinary client satisfaction and taking brands to soaring heights. You’ll be a vital conductor, harmonizing our clients’ ambitions with our exceptional teams – both internal and external.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be the client’s key contact for the creation of e-commerce and shopper marketing creative content and will work closely with the internal creative team to create impactful creative solutions</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Client Nurturing: Build authentic and enduring relationships with our esteemed global clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and dreams. Anticipate their needs and exceed expectations by delivering exceptional service that goes beyond the ordinary.</li><li>Strategic Brilliance: Conceive compelling ecommerce and shopper marketing strategies that break barriers, win markets, and disrupt norms. Your creativity and analytical acumen will shape campaigns that drive real business impact.</li><li>Project Symphony: Conduct the seamless orchestration of projects from conception to execution. Your project management prowess will ensure deadlines are met, resources are optimized, processes are followed and quality is never compromised.</li><li>Brand Guardian: Embrace the responsibility of being the brand guardian, ensuring that our clients’ brand identities are faithfully represented and amplified across all touch points. Be a brand/product knowledge champion about the brand’s features/pricing/ benefits/competitive advantage)</li><li>Process-driven – Ensure adherence to all pre-determined agency processes, creative briefing templates, contact reports and client status reports</li><li>Growth &amp; Revenue – Drive business growth and revenue via proactive initiatives</li><li>Understand the brand’s competitive landscape, program assessments &amp; marketplace trend news/reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>Passionate team member who is a leader than a follower</li><li>A highly analytical mindset.
