Job Descriptions:
A Client Service Specialists will act as a liaison between the company and its clients ensuring that the Onboarding procedures for newly acquired clients have been done, Funding & Orders have been recorded and processed on time and accurately and Client’s requirements have been meet.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all clients agreement and contact details are stored in the company’s data base through the CRM system.
- Registering the newly on-board clients in the Company’s Portal through proper coordination with the Sales team.
- Responsible in on time catalogue assignment and client portal invitation to the new users.
- Processes documentations and Codes delivery based on Orders received from clients.
- Recording of Funding received from clients through the Portal as to the client preferred currencies
- Monitoring and monthly reconciliation of all Clients Funding
- Tracking of completed Manual Orders and ensuring its completeness and accuracy.
- Responsible in sending the Sales Invoices and Sales Transaction Report to all Clients per week or per month based on agreed billing procedures.
- Catalogues updates for new Brands and Margins weekly with proper communication to all clients.
- Maintains and updates Client Manual on a regular basis including the process flows.
- Builds, maintains and improves relationships with Clients through regular communications.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Skills & Personal Attributes Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is a must.
- Proven working experience as Client Service Specialists or similar role for at least 2 years is preferred
- Highly organized, analytical and well structured.
- A self-motivated, target driven mentality with a desire to overachieve.
- Strong interpersonal skills and Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to operate independently whilst collaborating closely with other team members and peers.
- Experience in building a strong relationship with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related courses is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent English Written and Verbal Communications Skills
- Advance knowledge on MS Excel
