<p>ACM Limited is hiring Client Service Advisors.</p><p><br></p><p>Advisors are the customers’ first point of contact within ACM Limited. You will be the voice of the company, helping new clients with the onboarding process, answering existing clients’ questions about products and services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. We rely on our Advisors to provide insights that will help the company build superior client-oriented solutions and products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Responding to customer queries and requests via email and chat, as well as gathering and analyzing customer feedback.</li><li>Collaborating with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure each step of the journey meets customer expectations.</li><li>Collecting client documents, ensuring that customers meet the criteria for onboarding, and managing the account opening process.</li><li>Conducting face-to-face meetings, video calls, and phone calls, while ensuring that customers receive support throughout the onboarding process.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Passion for customer service and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to self-manage and work independently in a constantly changing environment.</li><li>Fluency in both English and Russian, both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Relevant job experience in the financial industry is desirable.</li><li>Preferred: 4+ years of experience in client service within international banks.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive remuneration package and comprehensive medical insurance coverage to our employees.
