Client Relationship Executive – Medical Insurance

<p>We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our medical team in Dubai. </p><p><br></p><p>The position entails the following responsibilities:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Portfolio management of SME clients – Handling clients and delivering high service to them.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In charge of all client inquiries during the year.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiate renewal terms as well as obtaining options from different insurance companies.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Business placement and making sure clients receives his documentation within the agreed upon TAT.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reconciliation of account and ensuring quality check from insurance companies prior to release to clients </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor the relationship throughout the year and initiate visits to critical clients as and when required.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide the sales team with technical support &amp; knowledge of the products available.</p><p><br></p><p>Join a successful multinational group to be on a path that is only capped by your ambitions.</p><p><br></p><p>You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of (3) three years of relevant experience working with an insurance broker/insurance company</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handles a client base of over 100 SME clients.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong Business Communication skills </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks with attention to details.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in English and Arabic(preferable). </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Excited to apply?
