What you will do
- Handling All types of Client Requests & complaints related to the community including walk-in clients.
- Create & Arrange Community Activations that increase client engagement and eventually increase brand loyalty
- Work with Marketing Team on Seasonal Greetings and Giveaways to Community Residents.
- Monitoring the updates on Community Breaches & Violations.
- Handling and Creating a Pivot Sheet for Multiple Owners & Vip customers
- Work on Sending out important announcements and notifications to all Residents in both Commercial & Residential Campuses
- Create and Deliver Welcome Packages for new owners & new handed-over projects

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- English & Arabic Fluency
