Client / Recruitment Manager (Oil & Gas)

Job Description

<p><strong><u>Job Purpose:</u></strong></p><p>· Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client’s requirement starting from understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing &amp; screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling / conducting interviews, candidate finalization and mobilization date confirmation followed by handing over to contracts and logistics section.</p><p>· Conduct regular client visits; ensue high quality services are extended to the clients.</p><p>· Plays a vital role in ensuring that the da-to-day operations related to meeting the clients requirements is achieved.</p><p>· Responsible to adhere to the set KPIs for responding to client’s requirements.</p><p>· Identify all potential business from the existing clients/ projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><p>· Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.</p><p>· Obtain regular feedbacks from the clients and adopts strategies to improve the service performance in co-ordination with the COO.</p><p>· Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/ profit margin as targeted by the Management.</p><p>· Coordinates with the sourcing specialists to obtain the suitable resume’s matching the client’s requirements.</p><p>· Schedule client interviews</p><p>· Obtain feedback from the Client after the interview and finalize the commercial proposal if the consultant is to be mobilized</p><p>· Follow up with Client/ Sourcing Specialists on matters related to Recruitment.</p><p>· Negotiates with the Consultant/ Client and finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/ amendment.</p><p>· Prepares Clients visit reports and circulate to COO and CCO.</p><p>· French speaker is a plus</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Employee Profile:</u></strong></p><p>· Degree in any Discipline</p><p>· 5 to 6 years’ experience in similar industry in any of the following industry (Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Renewables, Transportation).</p><p>· Ability to communicate fluently with Clients and understand their requirements. Fluent in English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.</p><p>· IT skills like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory</p><p>· Ability to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity.</p><p>· Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.</p>
