The Client Success Executive plays a critical role S/he ensures exceptional service and support for clients. They assist with onboarding, maintain accurate records, schedule meetings, provide support, collaborate with internal creative teams, monitor client success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client onboarding, including setting up accounts, collecting necessary information, and coordinating internal resources.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure that they are up to date.
- Schedule client meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the meeting details.
- Provide basic support to clients, such as answering questions and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, creatives, and traffic, to ensure that clients’ needs are met, and issues are resolved quickly.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on clients’ success and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to improve the client experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent bilingual written and oral business communication skills
- Organization and documentation skills
- Knowledge in generating accurate reports and status notifications
- Tech-savviness
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy team
