<strong>About The Job<br><br></strong>Develops deep relations with High Networking Individuals (HNWI) in its city / region of influence, attracting new high potential clientele &amp; strengthen top clients relations with our brand. Increases the share of the Exceptional Items penetration in our business and accompanies the new launches in High End. Works in collaboration with Store Managers, CRM and Merchandising team to:<br><br><ul><li> Ensure a deep qualitative knowledge of VICs &amp; Potential VICs, compiling and sharing relevant information.</li><li> Propose a personalized client action plan to develop their bonds with the brand.</li><li> Coordinate and lead One to One &amp; Exceptional products’ presentations.</li><li> Pamper our best clients and introduce to them exceptional experiences program.</li><li> Ensure that clients travelling to Paris, London, Geneva or Italy, have a personalized welcome in the foreign stores and promote the Virtual Bridge program.</li><li> Develop the business performed with our best clients from a commercial standpoint.</li><li> Create a “friends bring friends” strategy. Acts as Louis Vuitton ambassador to attract &amp; create loyalty with high potential clientele to the brand:</li><li> Identifies and animates a community of Β« Grands Vendeurs Β» (internal) et Β« Intermediary business partners Β» (external) to recruit and develop potentiel clientele</li><li> Develops client book among High Networking Individuals (HNWI), top executives and royalties who don’t necessary shop in the brand or in the region.</li><li> Develops relations with social institutions that can allow us to be introduced to potential clientele.</li><li> Works closely with Regional Client Development teams to ensure a good knowledge of Kuwaiti Clientele, especially when travelling within and out of the region.</li><li> Defines the target of potential clients to work on and proposes an action plan medium term in order to create the relation and accompany them across the brand.</li><li> Educates potential clientele through brand discovery: Parisian stores, Asnieres visit, Fashion Shows, HE events, Workshops and ateliers.</li><li> Organises private exceptional product presentations to make the clientele discover the brand richness.</li><li> Develops relations with luxury hotels, where regional clientele stays when travelling for leisure or business in order to promote Hotel selling.</li><li> Structures, manages &amp; monitors all Home Viewing activity dedicated to clientele that do not shop in regular stores</li><li> Drives Clienteling mindset in store, animates clienteling workshops in partnership with the Field coach trainers.</li><li> Supports in Clients OTO, coaches the team on selling and closing techniques for High End product presentations.</li><li> Proposes qualitative clienteling targets &amp; follows up.</li><li> Sets up a recruitment rate target, same as exceptional product sales (both driven by CDM interaction even if done at a store level).</li><li> Develop qualitative Facebook profiles for top clientele. INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL EVENTS</li><li> Contributes to the success of all international and regional events dedicated to the high-end categories and the performance of Kuwaiti customers by setting ambitious objectives for each store in the region.</li><li> Collaborates with the ME Client Development and ME Merchandising teams to promote all international and regional events dedicated to high-end categories.<br><br></li></ul>Profile<br><br>Strong network in Kuwait and Clienteling approach / mindset Ability to lead by example and influence the team to elevate client experience and Clienteling at store level Analytical skills to be able to extract key Clienteling data
