<p>As a <strong>Client Care Coordinator</strong>, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls. This will include following communication scripts, handling different topics, and acting as a liaison between our clinic and its clients. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating all documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained for documentation and billing purposes.</p><p>Additional duties for this call center medical services role include: Follow Clinic Policy at all times</p><p>· Serve as front desk customer coordinator by being welcoming and inviting to the clients.</p><p>· Book appointments and double confirm them.</p><p>· Entering and updating client information into a client information system.</p><p>· Ensuring client satisfaction and assisting them.</p><p>· Handling campaigns outcome (Entering leads data, call and provide adequate information about treatments and offers, capture client’s attention and book for treatment)</p><p>· Handling client’s enquiries and complaints by WhatsApp and email.</p><p>· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.</p><p>· Liaise between clients and team members.</p><p>· Handle clients’ payments and installments follow-up and reminders.</p><p>.
