Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in ensuring Client full satisfaction 

2. Point of contact between the bank and client

3. Updating Report for the Management for available balance, preparing the Fund Settlement form and wait for transfer instructions

4. Responsible for communication about the Fund Transfer approval and doing the actual transaction after approval

5.  Assist in implementation of service and efficiency improvement initiatives in Trade Operations and facilitate transfer of best practice

6. Reviewing service performance with the clients and generate ways to continuously improve service standards.

7. Work closely with Risk Control Specialist for the incoming transactions to avoid Bank Blocking and problem that may occur

8 . Business will demand an individual who can work and manage within a diverse role; whereby all tasks pertaining to middle office activities and any accounting activity can be handled in support of the senior management.

Skills

  • Must be fluent in Chinese and English Language 
  • Can start immediately and eligible to work in UAE
  • With 3 years and above experience in Banking and trade services
  • Detailed orientated, team player, takes end to end ownership
  • Has a drive for results to support/grow the business, sustain intensity & optimism while focusing on delivering excellent service to clients.
