Role Purpose
- Responsible for properly executing insurance claims handling procedures at NEOM

Key Accountabilities & Activities
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of claims in line with policies and procedures for insurance claims handling at NEOM Company
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect all factual information and details about claims
- Provide support in determining claims settlement values, settlement negotiations, policy terms application, and legal principles applicable on the claims
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of claims handling procedures
- Knowledge of insurance risk management
- Knowledge of regulatory & compliance in relevant industry sectors (preferably in KSA)
Qualifications
- Post-graduation degree/diploma in management accounting, finance, or other field complimentary to the position
- Insurance and/or risk-related certification/qualifications preferred (FRM, CIC, CPCU, CRM, AAI, etc.)
