  • Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures
  • Manage a team of QAQC inspectors and provide leadership and guidance
  • Monitor and control all quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Review and approve all quality control and quality assurance documentation
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Identify and manage non-conformances and develop corrective actions
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
  • Ensure that all testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
  • Manage the materials testing program
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure that quality requirements are incorporated into design, procurement, and construction activities
  • Liaise with the client and third-party inspectors on quality matters
  • Provide regular reports on the status of quality control and quality assurance activities
