- Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures
- Manage a team of QAQC inspectors and provide leadership and guidance
- Monitor and control all quality control and quality assurance activities
- Review and approve all quality control and quality assurance documentation
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Identify and manage non-conformances and develop corrective actions
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
- Ensure that all testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
- Manage the materials testing program
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that quality requirements are incorporated into design, procurement, and construction activities
- Liaise with the client and third-party inspectors on quality matters
- Provide regular reports on the status of quality control and quality assurance activities
