<strong><em>Hiring a Civil Maintenance Work Supervisor – Sharjah</em></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Duties And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervision all civil works completed onsite to ensure required quality and productivity.</li><li>Managing all aspects of facilities on live buildings and reporting directly to the FM Engineer.</li><li>Keeping accurate records of production, providing reports on works completed.</li><li>Coordinating tasks and ensuring adherence to safe work method statements and risk assessments.</li><li>Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to achieve productive outcomes for the project.</li><li>Providing reports on works completed.</li><li>Resourcing plant and material for the works, including programming the works.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements / Skills / Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Diploma certificate is required.</li><li>10 years + experience in a production &amp; supervisory role. </li><li>Extensive commitment and understanding to all matters relating to health, safety, and the environment</li><li>Have the ability and experience to run direct and sub-contract labor teams safely and productively</li><li>Be practical-minded and work with a hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills</li><li>Must be able to communicate clearly, take &amp; follow directions and be proactive in the workplace</li><li>Be able to work to deadlines</li><li>Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Native arabic speakers preferred .</li></ul><p><br></p>Job Type : Contract<p><br></p>Duration : 12 months<p><br></p>Job Location : Sharjah<p><br></p>Interested candidates who are willing to join immediately may share their updated CVs.
