<strong><u>Primary Duties / Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>Lead, in coordination with the Engineering Manager, the engineering strategy including engineering resource plan, subcontracting plan and delivery method and control.<p><br></p>Manages of the engineering input into the Project Description, Pre-FEED, permits and statutory consents during the project development phase.<p><br></p>Supports detailed design activities during development and execution phase of the project: process simulations, design calculations, process optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc.<p><br></p>Approves the key technical project document, as well vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations.<p><br></p>Prepares technical scope of works for sub-contractors & consultants.<p><br></p>Evaluates technical offers from subcontractors and vendors.<p><br></p>Develops and leads the engineering quality management plan on the project.<p><br></p>Interfaces with subcontracting partners (e.g., Construction, equipment supplier, etc.)<p><br></p>Leads all technical validation processes with stakeholders.<p><br></p><strong>Qualification and Experienc</strong>e<p><br></p>A graduate Engineer with at least 10 years’ experience working in the Oil & Gas Industry which includes minimum 2 years’ experience in PMC or Owners’ Engineer role.<p><br></p><strong>Description: </strong>Owner’s Engineering Team will support Engineering Manager from initial tendering phase and then supervise engineering subcontractors during production of detail engineering, from the definition of the engineering strategy and tasks allocation to the correct handover to O&M team.<p><br></p><strong>Project:</strong> Multiple projects in the pipeline, values of projects range from 400M to over 900+ M USD.<p><br></p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Engineering Manager
