Job Summary

Engineering all maintenance activities for the clubs in his region, as well as estimating the amounts and specifications of the maintenance apparatuses and requirements. In addition, managing the team of technicians, doing regularly inspect sites, executing work as necessary, assigning workers to various activities.

Responsibilities

• Participating in maintenance activities; for both preventive and corrective types and ensuring that they are carried out according to set policies and procedures.
• Suggesting plans and programs, by analyzing the clubs’ situation in the region, studying the best practices adopted for preventive and corrective maintenance to boost the maintenance activities in the club.
• Supporting maintenance activities and urgent repairs orders and reviewing potential risks and operational condition in order to ensure good working condition.
• Monitoring on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale maintenance projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Produces engineering documents by developing maintenance specifications, plans, and schedules
• Maintain projects database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years in a related field
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
